4. Membership Obligations

Members must update JISO Foundation with any changes to their contact or medical information.
Membership is non-transferable.
5. Use of Services
Members must use JISO Foundation services responsibly and for their intended purposes.
Misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or providing false information will result in termination of membership.
Members must follow the rules and guidelines provided by healthcare providers and JISO Foundation representatives.
6. Medical Disclaimer
JISO Foundation provides medical services through qualified professionals and partnered hospitals. However, JISO Foundation does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from medical treatments.
Members should seek independent medical advice and use JISO Foundation services as a supplementary resource.
JISO Foundation is not liable for any medical complications or adverse effects resulting from treatments or services provided.
7. Payment and Fees
Some JISO Foundation services may require payment of fees, which will be communicated to members in advance.
Members must make timely payments for any chargeable services.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
JISO Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of members’ personal and medical information.
